Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Cleaner to join our growing team. This is an outdoor, hands-on position servicing high-end residential pools. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors year-round. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets Testing and balancing pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards Conduct regular inspections of outdoor pool areas and equipment to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Be able to workout side in the Texas heat. Be a friendly and professional communicator with customers when needed.

Requirements / Experience

Must have your own reliable truck Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and punctuality Prior experience working with pool maintenance and cleaning is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment including pumps and filters Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns professionally Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions We value energetic individuals who are eager to maintain beautiful pools while ensuring safety standards are met.
