Qualifications The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed. We are specifically looking for an individual who demonstrates behaviors consistent with the ASP way of doing business (our culture and values). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Responsibilities The technician is responsible for maintaining an assigned daily pool service route. Services include weekly cleaning, equipment maintenance, and filter cleans. Additionally, this individual will maintain swimming pool water through routine maintenance of pool equipment and water chemistry. The technician will identify and report pool-related issues to the office. Ensure you are set up for success by providing the necessary tools and time to do the job accurately and to the highest standard possible. Follow proven pool cleaning methods and handle pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner. Work as a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
