Job SummaryPronto Staffing is now hiring a Cleaning Tech and Maintenance Technician in Decatur, TX. This role focuses on cleaning industrial equipment during product changeovers to keep machinery running smoothly and prevent contamination. You will work in a climate-controlled setting, follow simple safety steps, and support general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities Thoroughly clean production mills during product changeovers to prevent contamination Remove left-over materials and residue from equipment to prepare for the next run Follow set cleaning procedures and inspect equipment to make sure it is ready to use Use correct cleaning tools, supplies, and protective gear safely Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Report equipment concerns or maintenance needs to your supervisor Help with general cleaning and maintenance support tasks as needed Requirements Ability to speak, read, and understand English Dependable work ethic with strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions Ability to work well on a team and on your own Work Environment Climate-controlled indoor manufacturing environment Working around industrial production machinery and cleaning supplies Steel toe boots and jeans are required Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Standing, walking, and manual labor required throughout the shift Benefits Full benefits available upon conversion to permanent hire Apply Today with Pronto Staffing for immediate consideration for this opportunity.
