07/22/2026 This position is anticipated to close on Jul 31, 2026 We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will work independently and collaboratively with various departments to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment. Responsibilities Collaborate with maintenance, tool room, quality control, and other production team members to maintain production flow. Repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment autonomously and communicate symptoms to vendors for resolution. Work with Supervisors and Leads to troubleshoot and restore faulted equipment by acquiring necessary resources. Connect with PLC processors, interpret ladder logic programs, and isolate machine problems for repair. Perform operations necessary for machinery repair, including welding, soldering, drilling, and replacing mechanical parts. Analyze and diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics or physical tracing. Plan, layout, and install circuits and distribution equipment per applicable codes. Fabricate, install, and repair electrical systems on production equipment using drawings and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical parts of machinery, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Maintain and assemble safety guards, motors, relays, starters, and other equipment attachments. Move heavy equipment and machinery within the plant area as needed. Uphold safety and housekeeping standards, addressing discrepancies immediately. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime. Take initiative to resolve issues, contact vendors for technical support, and manage documentation. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues independently. Expertise in PLC and controls, including ladder logic interpretation. Advanced fabrication and welding skills. Knowledge of machine shop operations and precision repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative. Commitment to safety and compliance standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent mechanical aptitude and analytical ability. Knowledge of various welding techniques and ability to read blueprints.
