• We are seeking a skilled Handyman.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment. This is for a small 20-unit roadside hotel in Dilley, TX. We need help fixing door handles, repairing ACs, mowing the lawn, etc. We're looking for someone nearby with a flexible schedule who is looking for a bit of additional work. Any assignments need to be done the same day.

• Duties
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing drywall
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Handle plumbing and electrical repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Skills
• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
