Position Overview:

Clean Pool Squad is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our field team as a Pool Technician. This role involves hands-on pool maintenance, customer interaction, and equipment care. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and can provide friendly, professional service.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine pool cleaning: skimming, brushing, and vacuuming. Truck is provided by Clean Pool Squad. Test and balance water chemistry for safe, clear pools. Monitor and report on pool equipment performance. Address customer questions and concerns with a service-first attitude. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. Follow safety procedures and operational standards. Work independently or alongside team members in the field.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license (required) with clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Strong communication skills and attention to detail Previous pool care experience is a bonus but not required—we'll train the right person

Perks & Compensation:
