Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our vibrant apartment community. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment facilities, ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Your expertise in electrical systems, make ready, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance will be vital in delivering exceptional service and preserving the quality of our properties. We offer rent discounts, insurance, PTO and 401K. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on apartment units, common areas, and building systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and electrical experience to restore functionality swiftly. Conduct plumbing repairs, mechanical adjustments, and HVAC servicing to maintain comfortable living environments. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while performing all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships within the community. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance with a strong background in electrical work, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing. Hands-on skills in make ready and general repairs..
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
