Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Residential Property Maintenance Technician who is friendly, organized, and hard-working, and who values integrity, extreme ownership, community, growth mindset, and resilience. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our properties — including owning the unit make-ready program — ensuring they're safe, attractive, and ready for residents. Key Responsibilities Manage the unit make-ready program with excellence. Conduct apartment unit inspections, supporting deposit deductions. Seek cost savings and best practices, sharing insights. Embrace technology for documentation, inspections, and more. Perform repairs and maintenance, proactively seeking solutions. Maintain common areas and enhance curb appeal. Monitor utility consumption and expenses. Provide input for capital planning and budgeting. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism. Keep the property inspection-ready at all times. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 3-5 years of Multifamily Maintenance experience Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and more Previous experience with administrative reporting Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic hand tools required for the job
HVAC/EPA
