•Maintenance Technician Join the Robinson Windows team and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the machinery and equipment used in the production of windows and glass products. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize equipment downtime. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems before they impact production. Inspect, adjust, repair, and replace machine components as needed using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Work closely with production staff to address equipment issues and maintain an efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. Participate in equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and OSHA requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery and equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Previous experience with industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or equipment maintenance is preferred. Welding experience is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with production staff and other team members. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
