Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking Maintenance Mechanics for multiple shifts for Flower Mound, TX. Monday- Friday and some Saturdays 1st Shift 6 am- 3 pm 2nd Shift 1:30-10 p.m. We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and infrastructure. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical failures using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Perform appliance repairs and service technician tasks across a variety of equipment types. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex maintenance or installation tasks. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities. Support the installation of new machinery or systems as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues within mechanical systems effectively. Leadership qualities with the capacity to guide junior team members or coordinate external contractors. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail. #DAL123
