Property does have a pool. You will be getting apartments ready for move in. On call duties are for emergencies only.

• Have own basic tools
• Must be willing to commit to at least 1 year of employment
• Maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus.
• HVAC Certification is a plus Pay is depending on experience!
