Job Description
We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician who will play a critical role in keeping our high-volume injection molding operation running at peak efficiency. You will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (80T-1500T range), ancillary equipment (chillers, air compressors, dryers, conveyors, grinders), and general facility systems. This is not an entry-level role — you must bring solid experience in fluid power systems (hydraulics & pneumatics), advanced electrical troubleshooting, and pneumatic controls . Your work directly impacts downtime, scrap rates, and overall plant performance. If you take pride in diagnosing and fixing complex equipment quickly and correctly, this is a terrific opportunity to join a stable, growing plastics manufacturer.
