Grapevine / Keller / Irving, TX and other North Texas locationsJob Type:

Competitive — Based on availability, experience, and skill level About the Position We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and mechanically inclined Property Manager / Technician to help maintain and operate our car wash, dog wash, and dog park properties in the Grapevine, Keller, and Irving areas, with additional locations throughout North Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining properties, and learning new mechanical skills . Although we do not need previous car wash experience. However, the applicant needs to be mechanically/electrically inclined. We are willing to train the right person to transfer their knowledge to be specific to car wash equipment. You will work alongside an experienced technician and learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair car wash equipment and systems. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of car wash and dog wash Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or operational problems Troubleshooting and repairing car wash equipment and systems Work with and learn from experienced car wash technician if candidate does not have specific carwash experience Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance Maintain and repair pumps, hoses, valves, chemical systems, vacuums, compressors, and other equipment Perform landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, painting, and general property maintenance as needed Keep properties clean, safe, attractive, and fully operational Respond to equipment issues and property maintenance needs Monitor supplies, equipment condition, and general property appearance Work independently and/or with other technician and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Help maintain a high standard of customer service and property presentation Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and dependable (willing to take random drug tests) Trustworthy and honest Mechanically inclined and enjoys fixing things Comfortable working with tools and equipment A good problem solver who can troubleshoot issues Self-motivated and able to work independently Willing to learn new skills Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Able to communicate effectively and work well with others Someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean and well maintained Experience That May Be a Good Fit This position could be an excellent fit for someone with experience as a: Mechanic Maintenance technician Landscaper Handyman Equipment technician Automotive technician Car wash technician Electrician HVAC technician General contractor or construction worker Property maintenance worker Other skilled trades Car wash experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate to transfer their mechanical/electrical knowledge to the carwash systems. Local Residency Requirement Because this position requires regular property maintenance and occasional response to equipment issues, the employee must live locally in or around one of the following areas: Grapevine, TX Southlake, TX Keller, TX Irving, TX Applicants from surrounding areas may also be considered depending on their location and availability. Compensation Pay will depend on availability, experience, technical ability, and skillset. This is a full-time opportunity.
