Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong understanding of various installation techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in both frame carpentry and fixture installation. As a Window/Door Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential properties. Duties Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements. Assemble and fabricate window and door units as needed. Conduct remodeling projects that involve window and door replacements. Install fixtures related to windows and doors, ensuring they are secure and operational. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all construction sites. Requirements Proven experience in window/door installation or related construction fields. Proficient with wood trim installation and painting. Ability to fabricate components as required for specific installations. Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately assess project needs. Experience with remodeling projects is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration on job sites.
