In this energetic role, you will ensure pools are clean, chemically balanced, and fully operational. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to clients while promoting safety and efficiency at every step. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize technical skills, and contribute to the enjoyment of aquatic facilities. Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and netting debris to keep pools spotless and inviting Balance pool chemistry by testing water levels and adjusting chemical agents to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions Identify issues with pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems using hand tools and power tools Clean filters and salt cells Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies between job sites while adhering to all safety protocols Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs for each assigned pool Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance schedules and addressing any concerns professionally Requirements Prior experience working in pool maintenance is highly preferred but not required Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues efficiently Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing procedures (preferred) Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipment repair techniques (preferred) Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles in a safe manner Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful pools, enjoy outdoor work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
