Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic CNC and Robot Maintenance Technician to join our team and drive operational excellence through expert maintenance of CNC machinery and robotic systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial automation technology, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, including Fanuc controls and other industrial robotic systems. Maintain and calibrate robotics equipment to ensure precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals; interpret electrical schematic diagrams accurately. Install, troubleshoot, and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) integral to automation processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize robot programming, ladder logic (LD), and industrial controls for improved productivity. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices in equipment maintenance. Experience Proven experience in maintaining CNC machinery with a focus on Fanuc controls or similar systems within a manufacturing setting. Hands-on knowledge of robotics engineering, including robot programming, vision inspection systems, and industrial robotic systems. Strong background in industrial electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, PLC programming (including ladder logic), and industrial network configurations. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and tooling/machining drawings; proficient with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus. Familiarity with industrial automation components such as industrial controls, distributed control systems (DCS), and vision inspection systems. Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
