We're hiring a dependable Shop Helper / Clutch Shop Assistant to support both our production team and overall facility upkeep. This is an entry-level, full-time position with opportunities to grow into more advanced roles. A major part of this role is maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support Assist clutch builders with parts prep, cleaning, and staging workstations Move parts, tools, and completed units between work areas Help load and unload shipments and inventory Shop & Facility Maintenance Sweep, mop, and maintain clean shop floors daily Keep workbenches, tools, and production areas clean and organized Remove trash and manage waste disposal Clean and maintain offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas Restock supplies and maintain professional presentation of the facility Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing storage areas, and basic facility upkeep This position requires someone who understands that a clean shop is a productive shop.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working on your feet for most of the day Reliable transportation Mechanical interest or shop experience is a plus, not required Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Positive attitude and team-player mindset
