Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic Fort Worth, TX Packaging Manufacturing Shift:
Multiple Shifts Available Salary:
$25/hr - $32/hr
Start Date:
ASAP Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-speed bottling production facility. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining blow mold, filling, capping, labeling, packaging, conveyor, and palletizing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime. Operate and support blow mold and bottling line equipment according to company standards. Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, inspections, and basic equipment cleaning. Maintain efficient operation of fillers, cappers, labelers, packaging systems, conveyors, and palletizers. Assist with training new employees on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Monitor production quality and identify equipment issues through routine inspections. Report all safety incidents, injuries, and production issues to the shift supervisor. Carry required communication devices and tools while on shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with bottling, blow mold, packaging, or conveyor equipment is a plus. Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and maintenance documents. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Food Safety & GMP Requirements:
Employees must follow all GMP, PPE, food safety, and SQF procedures while working on the production floor, including the use of required protective equipment such as hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses. All work must be performed in accordance with established operating, quality, and sanitation procedures.
INDUS Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
