Job Description Integra-Peak Management is seeking an individual with exceptional maintenance skills to fill our full time Apartment Maintenance Technician role at two multifamily apartment communities in Hillsboro, Texas. The position is for 28/hours/week at $20 per hour. In this role, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide superior customer service. You will respond to maintenance issues, follow-up with residents and office staff, and handle routine issues for appliances, and building upkeep. Some after-hour emergencies are required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be a valuable member of the maintenance team. You will be responsible for checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs in the following areas: Appliances Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Other building maintenance items In addition to the skills listed above, technicians will work in accordance with the Property Manager on key control, directing and overseeing outside contractors, and on supply purchasing and expense control. You will deal directly and consistently with the residents at our properties to diagnose and resolve issues. Resolving issues must be done in time and in an efficient manner - both timely and accurately with a sense of urgency and customer focus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Apartment Maintenance Technician for Integra-Peak will have previous apartment and / or residential maintenance experience. This individual must be presentable with excellent communication skills. Proper conduct is essential, in addition to the following: A high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations Capable of performing sustained manual labor May require overtime, holiday, and weekend work Must be on-call Requires ownership of hand tools Ability to work in inclement weather Good time-management skills Clean background check Integra-Peak Management is an
