$12.00 - $18.00 / hour (DOE) About Us At Abastas Property Solutions, we pride ourselves on keeping El Paso properties running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. We value hard work, reliability, and doing the job right the first time. If you take pride in hands-on work and want steady work with a dependable team, we'd love to speak with you. Key Responsibilities Handle routine property upkeep, turnovers, and general repairs. Assist with basic handyman tasks (drywall patching, touch-up painting, simple plumbing/electrical repairs, lock changes). Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Communicate clearly with property management and team leaders. Respond promptly and professionally to service requests.

Qualifications Experience:

3 months + of general maintenance, handyman, or construction experience preferred.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Basic set of personal hand tools (preferred). Reliable, punctual, and strong attention to detail.

Languages:

English / Spanish bilingual is a major plus!
