Job Summary B6 Construction & Septic Services is looking for a dependable, hard‑working Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who isn't scared of the heat, cold, mud, or getting their hands dirty. If you want steady work, a solid team, and a company that values reliability, we want to hear from you. The primary responsibility of this role is inspecting aerobic septic systems and completing maintenance work orders. You will also assist with general shop tasks and occasionally help on system installs when needed. Duties Perform routine inspections on aerobic systems Complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time Document findings and communicate issues clearly Assist with shop tasks, equipment organization, and basic repairs Help on installation jobs when needed Follow safety procedures and represent B6 professionally in the field
