Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate a company vehicle responsibly. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying skimmer baskets. Test and analyze water chemistry levels; adjust chemicals as needed to maintain proper balance. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; perform basic repairs or notify management of issues. Maintain accurate records of service visits and work performed. Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly to travel between job sites. Communicate effectively with customers to address questions or concerns regarding pool maintenance. Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during service procedures. Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a company vehicle is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of pool systems and chemistry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
