Job Description

Maintenance Technician Shift:

Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd

Shift Pay:

$25/hr-$26/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors equipment for unusual sounds to detect malfunction. Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Dismantles defective equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Conducts daily inspections & completes maintenance inspection logs. Provides technical information and operational guidance to production employees. Assists leadership with problem resolution and correction of equipment deficiencies. Constantly considers long term upgrades / repairs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or related maintenance training preferred. Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Performing outside under a canopy, must be comfortable working in all types of weather. Steel toe shoes
