Job Description

A.T. Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our manufacturing facility team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of our production equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, including expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, HVAC, and welding. They will be responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting field service operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, precision, and proactive problem-solving are paramount. Pay $21.57 2nd shift 3pm-1am Will train on first shift. Duties Perform routine and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes efficiently. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial electrician experience to diagnose automation and control system faults. Conduct inspections with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure optimal equipment performance. Execute welding tasks with expertise in welding techniques to repair or fabricate components as needed. Operate industrial machinery including scissor lifts and other elevated work platforms safely for maintenance tasks. Support HVAC/R systems maintenance with knowledge of HVAC principles to ensure climate control within the facility. Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and plan preventive activities. Collaborate with technical sales teams when necessary to support customer service initiatives related to equipment performance. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems during all maintenance activities. Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety standards. Requirements Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics reading, and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with ammeters and ohmmeters essential. Skilled in hydraulics, welding (including <

> welding), HVAC/R systems, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation controls. Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance planning and documentation. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams accurately. Strong analysis skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance issues. Excellent customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external clients during field service activities. Knowledge of military standards or experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Effective communication skills in English are required for clear documentation and teamwork.
