VP of Campus Operations Key Responsibilities Facility Maintenance & Cleaning :

Perform indoor and outdoor cleaning to ensure the campus is in "ready to receive guests" condition at the end of each shift. Monitor and report on a "Building Readiness Score"

Supplies Management :

Restock paper, soap, and other consumables; maintain inventory accuracy

Light Maintenance & Repairs :

Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

Service Coordination :

Liaise with service providers and maintenance subcontractors

Event Support :

Host guest groups, operate auditorium sound and lighting systems (training provided), and assist with room setup/teardown

Task Planning :

Create and monitor detailed cleaning and maintenance task lists

Qualifications & Skills Experience :

Prior facility or custodial experience preferred

Knowledge :

Understanding of cleaning techniques, safety requirements, and CDC recommendations

Physical Ability :

Must be able to lift over 50 lbs; work fast with limited supervision

Customer Service :

Positive attitude, ability to work well with diverse groups

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
