Job Description
Pool Service Technician Job Highlights We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and is eager to learn and grow within the company. Qualifications Ability to safely handle and apply pool chemicals while following proper safety and handling procedures Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Basic knowledge of pool maintenance hand tools and power tools Ability to troubleshoot pool equipment and identify maintenance issues in a timely manner Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and climates Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities Follow an assigned weekly route and perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including cleaning pool surfaces, filters, and skimmers Test, monitor, and adjust pool water chemistry to ensure proper treatment based on each pool's condition Inspect pool equipment, including filters, pumps, valves, automatic cleaners, plumbing, and related components Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and, with experience and training, perform minor repairs as needed Safely and professionally operate a company vehicle while servicing assigned pools Maintain accurate and detailed service records using a company-provided mobile app, including cleanings performed, chemicals used, and services completed Provide professional and courteous service to customers while representing the company in a positive manner Benefits Full-time position Weekends and most major holidays off Company vehicle provided during work hours Company-provided equipment and tools Paid sick and vacation time On-the-job training Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
