Responsibilities

Assign and oversee service requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues

Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns

Ensure community grounds, amenities, and common areas are well maintained

Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

Support and mentor maintenance team members

Provide excellent customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly

Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed

Requirements

Previous Certified Service Tech experience required

Strong knowledge of apartment maintenance operations

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance

Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with daily maintenance tasks

Experience managing work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and resident service skills

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
