Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to maintenance request from guests and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain the grounds and exterior appearance of the property.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with room inspections and emergency maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, climbing and bending.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
