Job Description

Role Summary:
Provide daily care for grounds and ensures vehicles are ready and grounds are clean and groomed for visitors. May include other duties as assigned relating to the maintenance of facilities or grounds. What to Expect in the
Role:
Provide maintenance or custodial functions at areas utilized: including grounds, restrooms, other facilities. Also, includes set up or take down of tables and chairs for events. Provide routine care of vehicles, including daily cleaning and detailing, filling with fuel, checking tires and checking oil, and monthly vehicle safety inspections. Provide routine landscaping to facilities, including mowing, weed-eating and other tasks as assigned. Pick up and deliver inventory, supplies and other items to different locations as needed. Complete minor plumbing, and carpentry repairs and help plan for vendors for larger repairs.
What We Will Be Needing From You:
Previous maintenance experience and landscape maintenance. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid drivers' license and be in good standing (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to operate the following equipment: automobiles, small buses, riding mower, blower, weed eater, lawn mower, chain saw, power, and garden tools. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours as needed, including rotating weekend on-call shift.
