In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. Your proactive approach will help uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and operational efficiency across the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and building systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electronic doors, wiring, carpentry, floors, plumbing and other maintenance challenges. Painting tasks as needed to maintain building aesthetics and structural integrity. Pool maintenance Keeps records and tracks work orders and asset history. Works closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments to ensure 100% satisfactory stay for our guests Proven experience in facilities maintenance or hotel with strong mechanical knowledge. Skilled in electrical work, working with programmable locks and HVAC Experience ib residential painting, and general carpentry or handyman skills is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish for clear reporting and coordination with team members and vendors.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
