Great Team Environment Flexible Pool Technician Position Pay:

$500

• 700/week to start → $700
• 800+/week with experience and performance

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (3-day weekends!) About the

Position:

You'll be our versatile team member

• handling various tasks to maintain perfect pools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Pool Cleaning & Maintenance:

  Servicing weekly routes, balancing chemicals, inspecting equipment

• Pool Startups:

  starting new pools according to National Plasterers Council standards

• Basic Repairs:

  Assisting with minor fixes (leaks, filter cleanings, gasket replacements)

•

Team Support:

Filling in where needed, assisting other technicians, maintaining truck inventory

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Some experience in pool care, landscaping, or handyman work (we'll train the right person!)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
• Enjoys varied work
• no two days are the same
• Valid Texas driver's license (clean record)
• Can arrive at our La Vernia shop by 8:00 AM daily
