Description Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance and repair of all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

Must have flexibility to work any day of the week and early or very late evenings. Ensure routine preventive maintenance on equipment is done. This is including, but not limited to Guest Rooms, laundry equipment, heating, and air condition units, ice machines, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, fire equipment and plumbing. These are performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with the warranty specifications. Maintaining the exterior of the building, parking lot, common areas and all guests spaces. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Ensure swimming pool duties are performed according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations-Develop. Perform other task as requested from Maintenance Supervisor and Managers.

Requirement:

Prefer 3+ Years Hotel Maintenance (or similar operation)-Hands on experience in basic HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical This company is an equal opportunity employer.
