Position Summary:

Cleaning, servicing and chemically treating the pools of customers who have a contract with us. $250 bonus if you are with us for 90 days.

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma, or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year pool cleaning experience required. Pool service technicians must be able to communicate politely and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner. The associate must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, especially hot summer days, as long as it is safe. Must be a licensed driver in the State of Texas with a clean driving record.

Essential Functions of Position:

Using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment pool chemicals provided by the employer. Working around swimming pools the associate will clean, service and chemically treat pools. Monitor and control individual inventory. Other duties as required. Physical Requirements of the

Position:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. This position requires the associate to be 21 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions. Basic aquatic skills are necessary to remain safe and feel comfortable working near swimming pools. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often. The associate must have a clean Texas Driver's License and be able to operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
