Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our shoppers. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is safe and operational. Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance requests and scheduling repairs. Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed. Assist with painting and general upkeep of the property. Respond to maintenance requests from staff promptly and efficiently. Maintain mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Supervise any contracted maintenance personnel when necessary. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Familiarity with CMMS systems for managing maintenance tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Experience in electrical work is essential. Basic skills in residential painting are preferred but not required. Good customer service skills to interact positively with staff and visitors. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
