Responsible for the optimal functioning of different electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic machines, which allow constant operation and production without interruptions. Duties of an electromechanical technician. Perform general maintenance repairs to kitchen equipment and facilities. Installation and maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical equipment Diagnosis and repair of electrical equipment and related installations, fault detection, repair, conservation and minor modifications in installations, equipment and buildings. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, according to the work program established and prepared by their supervisor. General knowledge in plumbing. Make and report reports of damage to facilities, equipment and furniture for repair and maintenance. Perform tasks related to the position complying with the defined procedures and contemplating the security regulations. Participate in training activities. Design and execution of processes to solve or optimize the operation of the different areas of the restaurant. Intervene in the development of preventive maintenance plans if required. Basic Knowledge in HVAC Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of safety standards. (preferential) Knowledge of gas, electricity, welding, sanitary installations, painting, electromechanics (preferred)
