Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning how things work? We're looking for a motivated Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team and help maintain the systems and equipment that keep our facilities safe, efficient, and comfortable.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in building operations, maintenance, and facilities management while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You'll Do Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and help address facility-related concerns.
Support maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors when needed.
Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and work orders.
Help ensure compliance with safety and fire prevention standards.
Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. What We're Looking For Technical training, trade school coursework, or related experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Trade school certificate or coursework in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
Maintenance, facilities, construction, or building operations experience.
