What You'll Do Test and balance water chemistry so every pool you touch is crystal clear Clean, inspect, and maintain pools and equipment (filters, pumps, heaters — the works) Spot small problems before they become big, expensive ones Build real relationships with homeowners who actually appreciate what you do Represent Puddle like the pro you are — because first impressions matter What You Bring A strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail Comfort working outdoors, solo, and on your feet A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn (we'll train you right — certification included) A good attitude.
