A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Part-Time:

20-35 hrs/week (Typically 7:00AM - 11:00 AM or 12 PM - 4:00 PM)
Full-Time:
Approx. 35-40 hrs/week (Typically 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM) What This Job Actually Looks Like You'll run a consistent route of residential pools across Leander and the surrounding area — roughly 5-6 pools pre day for part-time techs and 10-12 pools per day for full-time techs. At each stop, you do a complete service: skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, test and balance the water chemistry, check the equipment, and log your work. Then you move on. It's independent work. Nobody's following you around. You have a route, you have a system, and you run it. Over time, your customers get to know you and will request you.
