We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains safe, clean, comfortable, and operating at the highest standards for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. We are looking for team members who lead by example, respond quickly to issues, and actively support the operation throughout the entire property — not individuals who simply wait for work orders behind a desk. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues Complete guest room repairs and preventative maintenance tasks Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies Ensure all equipment, tools, and hotel systems are operating properly Assist with property inspections and identify areas needing repair or improvement Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage rooms Support hotel renovation projects and upkeep initiatives as needed Follow all safety procedures and comply with company and regulatory standards Work closely with all hotel departments to support daily operations and guest satisfaction Leadership & Work Expectations At Dursh Hospitality, we value team members who are visible, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Successful candidates will:

Be hands-on and actively engaged throughout the property Take initiative to resolve issues before they become larger problems Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members Maintain professionalism and urgency when responding to maintenance concerns Help create a positive and team-oriented work environment Requirements Hotel maintenance experience preferred Marriott hotel experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when necessary Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented Growth Opportunity Dursh Hospitality believes in developing strong team members from within.
