What You Bring to the Role Must-Have Requirements Strong, practical experience in general home repairs and light remodeling, with specific skills in carpentry, drywall repair, tile work, door installation, and painting. Strong communication skills, including fluency in spoken and written English, to discuss projects clearly with customers and coordinate with our dispatch team. A reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work. A professional appearance and attitude. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively on-site. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience working in a professional, customer-facing residential repair or maintenance role. Broad knowledge of multiple specialty trades beyond basic home repair.
