What You'll Do Perform a variety of handyman tasks, which may include: Drywall repair & finishing Painting Carpentry & trim work Flooring Tile Installation Minor Remodels What We Provide Company vehicle (used during working hours) Gas card Tablet for job management Company uniforms Tools & Equipment Weekly training & development Schedule & Compensation Full-Time | Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM | Rotating On-Call) $20-$25/hr to start during the 90-day training/probation period (based on experience) Performance and skill-based pay opportunities up to $45/hr 6 paid holidays after 90 days (paid at $25/hr rate) PTO structure begins after 6 months and increases with tenure What We're Looking For Experience in general handyman work Ability to problem-solve on-site and work independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to complete a background check & drug screening Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and learning new techniques Why Work Here We put employees first.
