Cardboard Packaging Facility Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a cardboard packaging facility. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and warehouse equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Repair and maintain machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs. Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to address maintenance needs. Assist with installation and setup of new equipment when needed. Qualifications Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or cardboard packaging environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documents. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
