What We Offer Paid training and hands-on mentorship Established service routes (We ONLY service pools in Mansfield, TX 76063) Company truck and gas provided Professional equipment provided Flexible schedule Mon-Fri (No weekends) Consistent weekly work Performance-based pay increases Long-term advancement opportunities Compensation Start at $18 per pool during training Approximately 50 pools per week during training As your speed, quality, and reliability improve: Up to $22 per pool Up to 60 pools per week Earning potential of $65,000+ annually What You'll Do Clean and maintain residential pools Test and balance water chemistry Inspect equipment and report issues Communicate professionally with customers Represent Clarkey's Pool Service with professionalism and pride Requirements MUST have a clean driving record Valid driver's license and insurance Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors (extreme weather conditions) Strong customer service mindset Able to work independently and efficiently
