Fence Installer

You'll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, and use hand and power tools to prepare, remove, and install all types of fences. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various fencing projects. contributing to the successful completion of tasks on-site. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Duties Assist in the construction and assembly of structures using hand tools and heavy machinery. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching,trimming. Support team members by lifting heavy materials and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the construction site. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with construction work. Requirements Previous experience in fence building. Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and tools is a plus. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Willingness to learn new skills related to hardscape installation and landscape maintenance. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on-site. Commitment to adhering to safety standards and practices at all times.
