ASAP Ready to put your maintenance expertise and leadership skills to work? BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily apartment community in Midland, TX. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep maintenance operations running smoothly, support the onsite team, and deliver quality service to residents. Both EPA and CPO certifications are required. What You'll Do

Lead daily maintenance operations, assign tasks, and support onsite maintenance staff.

Prioritize and complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.

Coordinate apartment turns to ensure homes are move-in ready on schedule.

Maintain pools and spas, including water testing, chemical balance, and equipment upkeep.

Help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept buildings, grounds, and common areas.

Monitor supplies and communicate maintenance needs to property management.

Assist with emergency maintenance needs as required.

What You'll Bring

Previous multifamily maintenance supervisory or leadership experience.

Current EPA Type II or Universal certification — required.

Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification — required.

Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

Ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Personal tools needed to perform maintenance duties.
