Part Time- 20 hours a week
Location:
Sandstone Foothills Apartments located in Mineral Wells, TX Join a team that's making a difference in senior living! At Sandstone Foothills Apartments, we're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys working independently and taking pride in your work, this is the role for you!
What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance tasks: carpentry, painting, light repairs Get vacant units move-in ready (cleaning, patching, and painting) Handle preventative maintenance and routine inspections Maintain common areas, landscaping, and grounds year-round Respond to work orders and emergency calls as scheduled Support vendors and service teams during on-site work Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of maintenance or janitorial experience Good mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer/tablet skills Valid driver's license Perks of the
