Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences that meet client specifications and safety standards. Your expertise in carpentry, construction, and blueprint reading will ensure each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse fencing projects, contributing to the aesthetic and security of our clients' properties. Duties Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine fence layout and materials needed Measure, mark, and prepare sites for fence installation using hand tools and power tools Construct fences by framing, setting posts, attaching panels, and ensuring structural integrity Handle building materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting of fencing components and masonry elements Maintain adherence to safety protocols at all times during outdoor work environments Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met and customer satisfaction is achieved Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, or general construction work with a focus on fence installation or building material installation Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction-related machinery Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites, power tool safety, and heavy equipment handling Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members Prior experience with masonry or hardscape projects is a plus but not mandatory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for site access Join us in creating secure, attractive fencing solutions while enjoying a vibrant team environment that values your skills.
