Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pool Equipment Repair Supervisor to help lead and create our team in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting pool equipment at aquatic facilities. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and optimal performance of swimming pools through expert oversight of equipment systems and maintenance operations. As a supervisor, you will coordinate daily repair tasks, mentor technicians, and uphold high standards of service excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise and passion for aquatic environments in a fast-paced outdoor setting. This position will also have the ability to receive quarterly profit sharing bonuses. Responsibilities Oversee the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other essential equipment. Lead maintenance activities including cleaning, balancing pool chemistry, and ensuring water treatment chemicals are handled safely and correctly. Troubleshoot complex pool equipment issues using hand tools and power tools, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for repairs and routine maintenance tasks. Supervise a team of technicians by assigning daily tasks, providing training on equipment troubleshooting and safety protocols, and monitoring performance standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling, water treatment procedures, and outdoor work environments. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections for accountability and reporting purposes. Qualifications RAIL License Proven experience working with pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and water treatment chemicals. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex pool equipment issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemistry balancing, and chemical agent handling. Knowledge of aquatic facility operations including water treatment processes and pool chemistry standards. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or inspections. Prior outdoor work experience in similar environments preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and maintenance. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to safety guidelines.
