Job Description
ResourceTek, in support of our client, a leader in the manufacturing of steel products, is seeking Maintenance Technicians in Houston, TX. This is an immediate need and the right candidates will need to be able to start immediately. We currently conducting interviews for the positions listed below Industrial Maintenance Technicians Technicians should have previous experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and (PM) Preventative Maintenance programs for large industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Will perform mechanic and electronic programmed maintenance inspections, diagnosis, and corrective actions, and perform a systematic analysis of problems and improvement opportunities. Responsible for mechanic and electrical repairs, replacements, and upgrades as well as assembly and disassembly of mechanical components. The ability to prioritize maintenance and troubleshooting procedures is necessary. Welding experience is a plus but not required. List of job requirements. Performing preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures in all plant manufacturing equipment Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment Perform preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance functions Provide maintenance and repair support for all manufacturing and auxiliary equipment Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components for all equipment Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair on various equipment and building maintenance Welding and Fabrication experience is a plus Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment Shooting and resolving manufacturing equipment issues Maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment and processes Performing both electrical and mechanical work Used in manufacturing production processes Troubleshooting electrical/electronic industrial plant equipment #
