Maintenance Technician with Plumbing & Carpentry Exp

DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
• We are looking for an individual to fill maintenance technician position. Duties include, but are not limited to: Carpentry and sheetrock Light plumbing and plumbing repairs Light electrical and electrical troubleshooting Cleaning and clearing out units for make-readies, Performing work orders for tenants and building maintenance, Maintaining property cleanliness by picking up trash from the grounds and cleaning laundry facilities. Must have a positive, can-do outlook and be team-oriented.

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
